Custom and personalised orders

Commissioned artwork is considered at the discretion of the artist. The artwork will need to be in a similar vein to the artist’s style with a 50% deposit required before work commences. Once artwork has been agreed, photographs will be provided by the artist at an early stage in order to fully verify the brief and before further extensive work begins.  Photographs will then be provided at different stages as work progresses. Deposits and full sale price of commissioned work are not refundable.

 

Packaging

All pieces of art are carefully packed with a fully branded certificate of authenticity into a robust bespoke artwork box. All boxes are clearly marked ‘FRAGILE’ for both customer and courier to ensure they reach their destination in perfect condition. Photographs are also taken of the package before dispatch in order to validate perfect condition upon collection.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted. Please contact the artist within 3 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 14 days after delivery.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Delivery

Free shipping to UK.  International shipping will be quoted separately, please contact the artist if you would like the artwork delivered outside of the UK. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. All orders will be despatched once payment has fully cleared. When purchasing please provide your name, address, contact number and email address. These are required by the courier to inform the customer of pick up and delivery. A tracking number will be provided enabling progress to be monitored.
